Last updated: 19 October 2026. This notice explains what TRAKE (trake.my) does with personal data. We keep it short.
When you send the form on trake.my we store what you typed (name, email, phone if given, your message, chosen service, language) and the time of sending. We use it only to reply to you and prepare a quote. We keep it for up to 24 months unless we start working together, then for as long as the contract requires.
We sometimes write to companies whose contact details are published in public business registers (Estonian e-Business Register, Norwegian Brønnøysund Register Centre) or on their own websites, to offer web and software services. Legal basis: legitimate interest in B2B marketing (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)). We write to company addresses, not to private persons. Every such email contains an unsubscribe option; you can also use trake.my/unsubscribe or reply "no", and we will not write again.
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to processing. Write to us via the contact form on trake.my and we will answer within 30 days. You can also complain to your national data protection authority.
